about

After falling asleep during an episode of The Tonight Show upon which Erik Estrada talked about his new project in which Tom Wopat played Byron Cherry in a biopic about Dick York, and having heard a friend talk about how fond British kids seemed of this show called "The Two Doctors," Billy decided it was time for a cash-in reunion episode of Vice Stoppers. The episode, tentatively titled even during broadcast, is usually known as "The Three Hackmanfaces of Death, Part 1."
In the show, for which Billy was the only returning cast or crew member, Billy played three roles, reprising those of Himself and Sgt. Joe Hackmanface, and, due to a licensing dispute, Eriq LaSalle. This is the love theme from the outtake of the (unaired, uncompleted) second half of the episode, during which, after a heated dispute and poker match against himself, Billy accuses himself of cheating and looking at his hand while he was in the can, and so storms off and fumes, where he was, according to storyboards, to have been "Seduced by a hot fox, Susan Kingsley or better, no dogs" (excerpted from Billy's third Autobiography, "Two Tired"). Sadly, lack of funding prevented this scene from being made, but the theme has survived. Notes from Three Hackmanfaces of Death Part 1 Musical Director Bill Raeder refer to the episode and the music as "Three Wheeled Nightmare," although friends would later say these were also his last words before his tragic suicide by stun gun.

Where to begin?
Contains samples from the Janek Gwyzdala and Funk Essentials packs from thelooploft.com and Soul and Disco schools from propellerhead.se and, I wouldn't be much surprised, at least one instrument from nucleus-soundlab.com.
The apocryphal story centers around the character of Billy Wheels who is probably the property of CMcLaren.
